Event: Panel Discussion and Proclamation by the City of Red Deer of the Week
Panelists will speak for on the following topics and then it will be opened up for discussion.
*Dangers of Dieting (Patty Rempel)
*Information for Loved Ones (Sara Kreklewich)
*Signs your Loved One may have an Eating Disorder (Kelsey Hanson)
*Developing a Recovery Plan and Using Healthy Coping Strategies (Natasha Hodder)

Monday, February 6th
Event: An Evening of Meditative Colouring
Please join us for an interactive evening of body positivity meditative colouring*, music, discussion and connecting with others. We will also be drawing for door prizes at the end of our evening.
Free! All materials supplied.
Location: Red Deer College
Time: 6:30- 8:00 PM
*Please note: there will also be opportunity to participate in the body positivity meditative colouring throughout the week at Burman Campus in Lacombe.
